Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 18, 2026

PGMacDesign, Inc., an S corporation (the "Company", "we", or "I"), operates pgmacdesign.com and the services offered through it (the "Site"). This policy explains what information the Site collects and how it is used. The short version: I collect the minimum needed to run the business, I do not sell your information, and you can leave the list or ask for your data to be deleted at any time.

Information you provide

When you sign up for the newsletter, submit a form, book a call, or purchase a product, you provide information such as your name and email address, and in some cases answers you choose to submit (for example, an assessment result attached to an email signup). This information is stored in the platform that hosts this Site.

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors through the Site's checkout. Your card details go directly to the processor; the Company never sees or stores your full card number.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the Site's hosting platform records standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, and pages viewed. The platform also uses cookies for things like keeping you logged in and measuring page performance in aggregate. This data is used to operate and improve the Site, not to build advertising profiles.

How your information is used

  • To deliver what you asked for: course access, coaching sessions, downloads, and replies to your messages.
  • To send the newsletter and related emails you signed up for. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
  • To send transactional emails tied to a purchase, such as receipts and access instructions.
  • To understand, in aggregate, which content is useful so the Site can improve.

The Company does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the Site (hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), and with authorities if the law requires it.

Third-party services

The Site is hosted on Kajabi, which processes data on the Company's behalf. Checkout payments are processed by providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Some pages embed third-party content such as YouTube videos, and those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message. You can also request a copy of the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted by emailing [email protected]. Requests are honored unless a legal or accounting obligation requires keeping a record, such as purchase history.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and the Company does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the Site, email the address above and it will be removed.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are in place through the Site's hosting and payment providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
